Overview

Photography is one of the most important elements in our identity system. It not only showcases our designs, but the spaces they inhabit, the people that use them, and the processes that create them. It captures the story of our brand.

11.1
Use proportion

In our system, the frequency of each photo type determines our overall photographic voice. Certain styles have more flexibility than others, while some have more information than others. Use the following chart as a guide for how often each is used.

The higher the percentage, the more
frequently its used in the system
Each type can be used according
to the information it carries and its flexiblity of us

11.2
In composition

In composition, photography is used to support the communication needs by providing a clear and dynamic visual. Use along the grid to maintain relationships with the surrounding elements.

Example composition
Identity elements are
used in the corner

Photography is used
separate but near the
surrounding elements
Each type can be used according
to the information it carries and its flexiblity of us

11.3
Cropping

Photos can be cropped to highlight certain aspects or pieces of information. When cropping, its important to never distort the subject. Avoid cutting off pieces of products or people.
